Sit With It

From “The Daily Boost” Series

Sit and be. Sit with ‘it’ and be. Sit with the animal, sit with the person, sit with the project, sit with the feeling, sit with the situation, sit in the space in your home or outside or somewhere else. Sit with it, without doing anything else.

After sitting for a while: 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 30 minutes, one hour maybe… you will feel more clarity, enjoyment and peace. Things will organise themselves within you after a short time of sitting and being. A great exercise to do regularly.
