001 – Energy and Healing

Week One: Healing and Energy

MY BACKGROUND

  • I give healing and counselling consults. I give talks. I work from a healing centre. I have a radio show 96.5 Inner Fm.
  • Natural healing and good health was always in my family.
  • I started with Numerology in primary school. I had to know everything.
  • I did Psychology for 5 years, Melbourne and Perth. But my degrees didn’t interest me.
  • My partner at the time, suggested I do my healing and counselling work after I finished studying. At the time, I thought that was a strange suggestion.
  • I’ve done my business part time for 10 years and full time for 6 years.
  • I don’t think about the constant analysis I’m always doing on myself or others, it’s just normal to me.

SELF HEALING DEMO

  • Two point rub on your chest (see pics and instructions for this on www.KinesiologyMelbourne.com)
  • Breathe in through the nose, out through the mouth.
  • Same points on chest, as on back. Rub back.
  • When you’re by yourself, you need to know how to do healing on yourself, as opposed to needing somebody else there to help you. So knowing how to help yourself, by yourself, is very important.
  • Rub at the very top of your spine.
  • All rubbing on spine is up and down, not in circles and not side to side.
  • Rubbing coccyx.
  • Rubbing over the top lip and below the bottom lip.
  • Rub all vertebras.

PURPOSE OF SELF HEALING EXERCISE ABOVE

  • All parts of your body talk to other parts.
  • It wakes your brain up.
  • Helps with focus and strength and stress.
  • Healing works with breathing. You can’t heal properly if you’re not breathing properly.
  • People tend to have lower back issues more than they have upper back issues, so make sure you rub the lower back thoroughly.
  • Upset, tired, anxious, sleepy, out of it, need to be very present, attend to all those healing exercises above.

CROSS CRAWL EXERCISE

  • Lift knee and swing arms, touch opposite sides.
  • Helps integrate you.
  • One arm up and one knee up on one side, then the other side.
  • Finish with opposite arm/ hand touching opposite knee.
  • Helps balance the brain, helps you use both sides of your brain. The movements help you get into your body and out of your head.

UNIVERSE PERFECT TIMING

  • There are no mistakes.
  • Everything in the universe is perfectly timed, there are no mistakes.
  • Whatever you get at the time, is what you were meant to get. There are no accidents.

CRYSTALS

  • They will facilitate whatever you’re doing. Wherever you’re at. It’s like having a little friend with you.
  • Use the crystal for the I Am meditation.

“I AM MEDITATION” METHOD AND PURPOSE

  • When you’re feeling, feeling not thinking, life is more simple. You’re not in your head trying to figure everything out.
  • This meditation gets you out of your head and into your heart.
  • Breathing in through your nose, out through your mouth during meditation.
  • I Am over and over in your head, silently, at your own pace. All the focus is at your heart.
  • Having a crystal at your heart is a bonus, helps you focus and the energy of the crystals helps to heal you.
  • As you think, that’s who you are. Right? No.
  • Who you are is your “I AMness”. Essential Being. The part of you that hasn’t been touched or tainted. The pure part of you.
  • Ten Commandments. Charlton Heston. End scenes, burning bush. Moses asks what do I call you… the voice says I Am… I Am that I Am…
  • I Am soul, being, truth, I Am.
  • When you do I Am meditation, everything gradually changes for the better, everything, across the board.
  • What you’re “meant” to be doing with your life, who is better to be around, you get closer to what’s better and bigger for you.
  • Where you live… Who you’re involved with… What you’re doing with your time… you get awareness on all these things through I Am and also, when you do the healing points, gradually increases your awareness as well.
  • Your timing can get better. You may have more visions. Spirit guides can get closer
  • to you. You can feel very supported and not so alone.
  • It’s more the regularity rather than the length of time. Skills for life.
  • Better to do it sitting up while you’re awake and fully conscious.
  • If lying down the only time you do it, better that than nothing.
  • Bit every day makes a difference for the rest of your life.
  • Everything it helps with and always, for the rest of your life.
  • Something better than nothing.
  • Crystal pendant on to help yourself not hold the crystal at your heart.

CALLS I GET FROM PEOPLE INCLUDE

  • I feel stuck emotionally, work, relationships, creativity, family issues, financially…
  • They can’t stay in the awareness they need to be in, to fix the situation.
  • I Am holds the clarity for you for longer.
  • You remember what really matters.
  • Helps with inner resourcefulness. You rely on yourself. You’re left with yourself at the end of the day. You need to know how to help yourself by yourself.

YOU CAN’T HEAL IF HEART IS BLOCKED

  • You may have a shield around your heart space through harbouring resentments or hurt or secrets. The energy gets stored there. It needs to get out.
  • Sometimes a heart attack for some people is needed to remind them that they need to feel more or they need to acknowledge their feelings more.

WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT IN LIFE

  • A generally better, healthier feeling?
  • Achieve a higher level of something- education? Income? Experiences.
  • What are your dreams/ fantasies, like “one day” I will…
  • Think about all this now. Visualise it.
  • What else will you do for the rest of your life? Your life has to be ace!
  • The attitude of making changes. It’s never too late.
  • Thinking positive thoughts and feelings affirming good things about yourself:
  • Efficiency Abundant Prosperous Focused Love Peace Enthusiastic Unity Harmony Successful Stable Angels Beauty Wealth Kind Truth Balance Responsible Strength Reliable Healthy Wisdom Clarity Personal Growth.
  • Constant rambling in the mind. These words above are ones you’re better off thinking.
  • Think really big. Think it’s possible. I believe in you. Feel you can achieve it.
  • Light rainbows sunshine magic stars strength angels- we all focus on one person and send ace energy to that person while that person is thinking of what they want.

ALL TYPES OF HEALING IS IMPORTANT

  • All healing is relevant and important so doctors and other conventional practitioners are important.
  • Reiki may not help you when your leg is broken and you’re bleeding all over the ground.

OPERATIONS NECESSARY?

  • Most people end up in hospital when the healing they need to do is almost too late where an operation is required eg. Organ removed cause it can’t be in the body anymore cause it will explode and affect the workings of other organs.
  • Natural solutions. Operations not always necessary.

AGE= HEALTH ISSUE?

  • Attitude to do with health: I’m getting old now: Problem now= some people’s reality.

PROBLEM NOT WHERE PAIN IS

  • Problem not in leg if leg pain. Problem with feeling and though pattern.
  • You are having the thoughts and feelings. Since you are having those thoughts and feelings, you will create the effects of those thoughts in your body.
  • The body is the last place where energy imbalances are expressed.
  • = Thought pattern= causing body pattern.

 AURA

  • Kirlian photography. Proof that auras exist.
  • Many layers to an aura.
  • Problems in the body start in the fifth layer of the aura.
  • The problem filters through from the fifth layer into the fourth etc, til it gets into the body. It can take months, generally it takes years.
  • I Am and healing points will help with awareness to give you a sign earlier, that your body isn’t right.
  • Every BODY has something.

INNER ENERGY CREATES OUTER EVENTS

  • Accidents and Food= Outer sources.
  • These things above seems to cause ill health, but they are just ways that thoughts and feeling are expressed.
  • No matter what the outer causes, the thoughts and feelings were going to be expressed anyway, it just =seems= like an accident that happened on the footy field.

INHERITED ILLNESSES

  • Illness passed on to x person not y person
  • Karma. Past lives. Issues related to lessons to be worked out this time.

YOU CAUSE THE STRESS

  • People around you cause you stress: friends and family… but you’re still associating with them.
  • Remove yourself from stressful people is your responsibility.

NAMES LOSE MEANING

  • Kinesiology, Reiki= types of healing. “Names” for healing. Names doesn’t mean everything.
  • The name Kinesiology sounds recent but knowledge been around since ancient times.
  • Healing started out in x village in a hut by x person for example, it didn’t have a name

TOO MUCH FOCUS ON THE PHYSICAL PROBLEM

  • People identify too much with the problem.
  • Problem becomes them.
  • They attach themselves to the name and the research about it.
  • They believe what other people have experienced with the same health issue and it all helps to imbed their imbalanced experience.

CHARKRAS

  • 8 in your body, chakras at your hands, feet and above you outside your body.
  • Crown- white
  • Between eyebrows/ Third eye- purple/ dark blue
  • Throat- light blue
  • Upper heart chakra/ chest- pink
  • Heart centre/ between nipples- green
  • Stomach- yellow (celebrities have strong, big, powerful stomach chakras)
  • Navel- orange
  • Base chakra/ bottom of spine- red
  • Hand charkas- healing when using hands

PEOPLE RESIST HEALING BECAUSE…

  • They don’t want to do the work.
  • Too much pain from the past to address, can’t deal with the pain.
  • Not enough tools to deal with the pain.

THE BODY

  • All parts get replaced every 7 years. A whole new body in 7 years.
  • People still have health issues that last more than 7 years, why- because their thought and feeling patterns carry on and so keep the problem there in the body even though the body is actually new.

MENTAL ATTITUDE MAKES A DIFFERENCE

  • Attitude= feeling young; live life, have sex, travelling, play, not thinking about age every day= 60 yo looks closer to 50 than 70.
  • Client I knew who turned 50 suddenly got eye and knee problems within 3 months of when she turned 50. She believes she was getting old and wanted proof of that.

BETTER LIFE PRACTISES IMPROVE DOCTOR GRAPHS

  • Client I knew would go and get blood tests to prove that healing and diet improve the tests and no healing and poor diet will negatively affect the tests.
  • Graphs and tests will prove whatever you like and the tests are temporary evidence about where you’re at right now. Only right now.

DOCTORS ATTITUDE

  • Tend to have the consult over in 15 mins.
  • Tend to suggest you’re a hypochondriac if you have more than one or two issues.
  • Tend to focus on where the pain is in the body, not relate it to emotional issues and life experiences.

AWARENESS

  • Will help you ask more questions of your un/conventional practitioner.
  • Less awareness you don’t know what questions to ask- you don’t know what you don’t know.

GOOD PATIENT EQUALS…

  • When you’re not fixed on the ways you’re perceiving the world.
  • Trusting. Open. Willing to change and grow.

ME FIXING YOU?

  • Yes and no. We’re a team. We work together.
  • The person coming for treatment can fix themselves since they created the problem in the first place.

ME CONVINCING OTHERS OF HEALING?

  • Everybody needs to be where they’re at with whatever they believe about healing or illness or conventional or unconventional methods.
  • People need to get themselves to the place from where I’m coming from and if they don’t want to come to meet me there, that’s fine.

THOSE SEEKING HEALING

  • Are a beacon for others.
  • Other people who criticise, are possibly threatened by your changing.

ADULTS VERSUS CHILDREN HEALING

  • Adults develop thought patterns that get compressed over the years.
  • Children have little compressed thought patterns which means they’re more open to all that is possible or spiritual things.
  • Children’s spiritual ability get corralled by the parents, by the adults’ own beliefs about what is and isn’t allowed to be talked about or explored or expressed.

TAKE AWAY POINTS

  • Thoughts and feelings create effects in your body, maybe illness.
  • If you want to heal you will.
  • You have to do the work.
